In detail
Breezy is a mobile app; its web version is announced but not yet available. A luxury agency's back office works on desktop: dossiers, proposals, reporting. The AIOS is accessible on web and mobile and runs across the five departments.
Breezy positions itself as a stack replacement and does not publish CRM or MLS integrations. The AIOS connects to Gmail, Drive, the CRM, WhatsApp Business and the portals the agency already uses, instead of asking it to switch everything.
Breezy's proprietary data, Underbuilt, computes build potential per parcel in US cities — useful for resale and development, not for the sales operation of a luxury agency outside that scope. The AIOS focuses on the operation: buyers, properties, follow-up and team execution.
The AIOS is accessible on web and mobile. Unlike an app that everyone downloads the same way, the AIOS carries the agency's identity (name, logo, colours) and a separate interaction point per department. The team uses it from day one without installing anything on their own.
