    Marc leads the technical architecture: the agents, integrations and data layers that quietly run underneath each agency's operation. He designs systems that are robust enough to be trusted with sensitive client conversations and simple enough that an advisor never has to think about them.

    Alexandre owns the conversation with the agency — discovery, scope, what success looks like. Marc owns the build — architecture, agents, integrations. Each project runs through both of us, every week, with no account managers in between.
